1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StackPod ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Description of Service

StackPod is a desktop application that provides a graphical user interface for managing Docker and Podman containers. The Software facilitates the creation and management of development environments through pre-configured templates.

The Software requires Docker or Podman to be installed separately on your system. We are not responsible for issues arising from the underlying container engines.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial development purposes.

  • One-time payment of $49 per user grants lifetime access
  • Includes all current features and future updates
  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Software to run malicious containers or services
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Not circumvent any technical limitations or license restrictions
  • Maintain the security of your own system and containers

5. Payment and Refunds

StackPod is a one-time purchase of $49 per user. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
  • No recurring charges or subscriptions
  • Lifetime updates included with purchase

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKPOD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately.
